Fair questions

Why per user and not per client?
Because charging you more for winning more clients punishes growth. Your seat count reflects the size of your team, which is a much fairer measure of the value you get. Add fifty clients on one seat if you like.
Do my clients see Stock & Fable anywhere?
Your agency name and logo are throughout the portal on every plan. The one place ours shows as standard is the web address, portal.stockandfable.co.uk. Add the white-label upgrade and that becomes your own domain too, so nothing of ours is visible anywhere.
How does the white-label domain upgrade work?
For £29 a month, flat for your whole agency, your clients sign in at your own address such as portal.youragency.com. You add one DNS record we send you, and we handle the domain setup and the secure certificate, usually within a day. Your clients stay free either way.
Is the e-signature legally valid?
Yes, typed electronic signatures with an intent statement and a timestamp record are valid simple electronic signatures under UK law for standard commercial agreements.
How does storage work?
Every seat adds 50GB to a pool your whole agency shares, which comfortably covers briefs, brand files and campaign assets for dozens of clients. If you need more it is £5 a month per extra 100GB. You will see a usage meter in your settings and a warning long before anything blocks.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Cancel any time and we will export everything: clients, onboarding answers, documents and files.
