Global logistics, made legible

Fracht is a global freight forwarding and logistics group. We designed their website and shaped the marketing strategy behind it: taking a business that operates across continents and making it legible, credible and easy to approach.

The company

Freight forwarding is bought on trust. The buyer is handing a company their supply chain, so before anyone requests a quote they are quietly asking the same questions: are these people serious, are they global, and will my cargo be someone’s problem or someone’s job.

Fracht has strong answers, a long-established group with offices around the world, but a sprawling global operation is exactly the kind of story a website can tell badly.

What we did

The website’s job was legibility. We organised services, sectors and a worldwide network into a structure a first-time visitor can navigate in seconds, with the scale of the group working as evidence rather than clutter.

The marketing strategy followed the same buyer logic: lead with proof, speak plainly about complicated services, and make the next step, a conversation with a real office, feel small. In a category where every competitor says global and reliable, showing beats saying.

What it taught us

B2B buyers do not want to be sold to, they want to be reassured. Structure, proof and plain language convert better than any slogan in categories where the stakes are high.

And complexity is a design problem. A business this size does not need a bigger website, it needs a clearer one.
