Zepto is an Australian account-to-account payments company. We designed and built their website around the enquiry and signup funnel, then ran the marketing cycle that feeds it: brand strategy, organic and paid social, and the email sequences that carry people from first look to conversion.
The live site at zepto.com.au, as it runs today.
Zepto moves money between bank accounts in real time for some of Australia’s fastest-growing businesses. It is a technical product in a trust-heavy category: buyers are financial decision-makers who need to understand a complex offer quickly and believe the company behind it is solid.
That shapes everything. A payments brand does not win on cleverness, it wins on clarity, and every page and post has to move someone closer to one action: starting the conversation.
The website came first, designed and built end to end with one job: carry a visitor from “what is this” to “let’s talk” with as little friction as the subject allows. Structure, copy hierarchy and calls to action all serve the enquiry and signup funnel.
Then the marketing cycle around it. Brand strategy set the voice, a plain, confident register for a technical audience. Organic and paid social fed the top of the funnel. And email did the quiet heavy lifting: structured sequences that follow up interest, answer the next question before it is asked, and carry people to conversion rather than hoping they come back.
Funnels beat feeds. Social posts that exist for their own sake are content; social posts that feed an email sequence with a job to do are marketing. The discipline of wiring every channel to one measurable action is one we now bring to every client.
It also proved how much email still matters in B2B. The unglamorous work, welcome flows, follow-ups, sequences written like a human, converted interest that social alone would have lost.
